Chase Norris, M.S.Ed, LPC, NCC

"No one is you, and that is your superpower."

Reaching out for help can be challenging, but I am here to help you travel on your journey. My name is Chase Norris and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Clock, Inc: LGBT+ Community Center located in Rock Island, Illinois. I earned my Masters in Counselor Education with an emphasis on Clinical/Community Mental Health Counseling at Western Illinois University-Quad Cities in December 2018.

I am willing, and will hopefully be lucky enough, to offer the support you may not have received. I listen, I observe, and I remain non-judgmental and accepting. Also, while I recognize and understand that everyone's experience are different, I am able to empathize, as I too belong to the LGBT+ community.

Not only do I have personal experiences with the LGBT+ community, but I have professional experience as well. I have worked with people, in individual and group counseling settings, who experience depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, self-harming, suicidal ideation, family conflict, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I am also able to provide sex education and teach positive coping skills.

I hope you will let me be a part of your journey!
